Dr Dayan Rajapakse

One of the best known and sought after Lecturers in IT, Dr. Dayan has been lecturing since 1991. Qualifications wise, Dr. Dayan is an MBBS qualified Doctor with a love for IT. He is a member of BCS, ACS, IEEE, and the Computer Society of Sri Lanka (CSSL). He was recently elected as the Student Counselor of the CSSL for the year 2009.

His most popular subjects include Professional Issues, Management Information Systems, Project Management, Knowledge Based Systems and Artificial Intelligence, Advanced Database Management, Software Engineering with C++ and Java, as well as other areas.

General Manager / Senior Lecturer

Lecturing in IT subjects since 1997 he specializes in the Web Technologies area with an emphasis on PHP. Other areas of lecturing include Project Management, Security of Information Systems, Computer Architecture, Networking, E-Commerce, etc.

He conducts classes for BIT and BCS subjects and is also popular for Project Supervision. He is a member of the BCS, IEEE, and the Computer Society of Sri Lanka (CSSL), and is currently reading for his Ph.D in Management.
